The IxDA Phoenix local chapter is rebooting! If you're passionate about User Experience, User Interfaces, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or any of the other interaction related acronyms out there, then we'd love for you to join us at this event! We'll be meeting in the Magic Red Conference Room at Gangplank Chandler for this event. Bring your appetite for conversation and PIZZA (donated by local Interaction Agency, Drawbackwards) as we spend a couple hours sharing our tools and techniques for great UX documentation as well as planning the future IXDA Phoenix events we all want to see happen!

Here's the agenda for the night: 

Reboot!

We'll be talking through the details of the group reboot together and looking for your direct feedback on how we can best schedule our meetings, topics, and activities moving forward. Additionally, we'll have a brief time of introduction and sharing to get to know one another better.

Tools of the Trade

We'll be discussing various prototyping, wireframing, and other digital/analog tools and processes that we all use and find helpful. As Interaction Designers, we tend to be tool junkies and gadget heads but at the end of the day, it's about optimizing our time so that we can be the most effective at our craft. The goal of this conversation is to learn how we can better optimize our workflows in order to spend the maximum amount of time focusing on our end users. We'll have a projector on hand for attendees to show examples of how they work and the tools they use.
